Labrang Temple A massive Tibetan monastery building of Labrang temple, the largest Tibetan Buddhism academy in the region, situated nearly 3500 metres above sea level with thin air. Based on a true event of my colleague's grandfather, who fought bravely and KIA in this battle as a heavy machine gun battalion commander of the Chinese national army. Zhao Jianmei he 60 years old prisoner, Zhao jianmei, committed serious crime of heroin and drug dealing 4 times, he is seen here wearing an green army coat with a orange vest on top. It is completely based on life drawing from an undisclosed time. The orange vest are especially for prisoner committed heavy crime and also sick. A life time unforgettable experience. Sunshine A very dedicate small drawing based on imagination, influenced by 19th century Russian artists, started in 2000, finished in 2002, only on a A4 size. Parts of the ink already fade out.
